London Bike Cartel (LBC) offers a 7-day return policy on all of our goods. Items should be returned in their original condition: new, unused, and with the original packaging intact.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and no refund will be given (re-delivery of the bike will have to be paid by the customer). All returned goods must be accompanied by the original receipt as proof of purchase and is to be placed inside the box.
Please remember to also include your proof of postage receipt otherwise return items will need to be claimed on your behalf. We also suggest you send any items of the value of £50 & above via recorded delivery.
On arrival of your delivery if you notice your package is damaged, please send us images and we will sort out the matter ASAP.
Before returning your fixie please email info@LondonBikeCartel.co.uk with your name, LBC order number (located on the receipt), phone number, items returned and reason for return. This way we can monitor what is coming back to us and can ensure your refund is processed as smoothly and as quickly as possible.
If you have received the wrong product, colour, or size, we will happily pay all the shipping fees to get you the product you requested.

All London Bike Cartel cycles forks and frames are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for one year after the date of purchase.
The warranty only applies to the original owner of the bicycle and proof of purchase is required for the warranty to be valid.
All warranty items must be sent to London Bike Cartel. The owner is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. The return address is located on the original receipt.
In addition, please send an email to info@LondonBikeCartel.co.uk to notify the team. Make sure to include your name, LBC order number (located on the receipt), phone number and email address.
Warranty Does Not Cover
London Bike Cartel cannot take responsibility for any damages through wear and tear as well as the following: Abuse, neglect, poor maintenance, custom alterations, modifications and improper use.
The warranty does not cover other bicycle components, due to pedals, cranks, and other parts experience a lot of general wear and tear and cannot be covered. As for the boxes, they are made of cardboard so please do your part to recycle all packaging.
In addition, the following items are NOT covered under the warranty: tires, tubes, grips, brake pads, hubs and cables. These parts will undergo considerable wear and tear through general use of the bike.
It is important to tighten all of the bicycle’s cranks, pedals, lock rings, and other screws and components before riding. These components should be tightened regularly and checked after every bicycle ride.
Stripped components and threads are a result of loose parts and will NOT be covered by the warranty. It is the rider’s responsibility to ensure that the bicycle is properly assembled.
Our aim is to offer the best riding experience at its safest. We advise you to get your bike checked by a professional every 4 weeks, so that you can use your LBC bike to it’s full potential.
